Look Around Jessie Mac's
House Tour & Guest Facilities
Jessie Mac's was built around 1864 and was the 'manse' or home for the minister of St Mary's Church next door. Many of the original features are still intact, with a turret, ornate cornices and rich old oak banisters. The whole house was refurbished in 2012, sympathetically décorated to provide a calm, warm atmosphere.

Almond and Isla Private Double Rooms
We have two family rooms, sleeping four and five, with a mixture of double beds, single beds and bunk beds. Save yourself the hassle of bringing a travel cot by reserving one of our travel cots when you book (they’re very popular).
Shee - sleeps 4 - one double bed, one set of sturdy bunks, ensuite facilities (psst! As well as having a shower, the ensuite has the only bath in the house.)
Schiehallion - sleeps 5 - one double bed, one single and one set of sturdy bunks. Ensuite shower room.
We have two shared bunk rooms. The bunks have been specially sourced to sleep even big hairy mountaineers - they're extra sturdy, extra long, with good over head space and even comfortable ladders. Good storage is a must, so rooms have lockers that can be secured with a padlock if you need to leave valuables behind when you're out exploring. Padlocks can be supplied for a returnable deposit or just bring your own.
Clova – sleeps 4 - two sets of sturdy bunks with lockers, plenty of power points and ensuite shower/WC facilities
Prosen - sleeps 2 - one set of sturdy bunks often booked as a single complete with a new ensuite shower/WC room.
Close the shutters, cosy up to the fire with a dram, curl up in the turret with a book or choose from the selection of games and books.
Not just for dining, it's the perfect spot for laying out maps, games, playing a few tunes, having a meeting or just catching up on the craic. Seats up to 21.
You've got your very own well stocked kitchen with 2 double ovens and hobs, 3 fridges, 1 mini freezer, 2 sinks, lots of teapots and cafetieres, food storage area and hopefully everything that you need. We’ve had a group cater for 120 people from this kitchen and we’ve got everything right down to garlic presses and electronic scales.
It's Scotland so you're probably going to get wet but we'll do our best to dry you out. We've got a drying room with plenty of room for hanging gear, complete with heating, a dehumidifier and a lock.
We get a steady stream of cyclists so we've got a sturdy shed with an even sturdier lock. We also have a large track pump, bike spray lubricant plus an outside tap and hose so you can wash your mountain / road bike down.
